Oh Perilous Pancakes now has music!

My friend Aaron has written an amazing chiptune track which you can listen to and download on his blog. This jam will be the score to the Oh Perilous World flash game titled: Oh Perilous Pancakes. I can’t give you date for the finalization of the game. I can however, tell you that it won’t be long.

I’ve listened to this song on repeat a few times. It always leaves me wanting more which is good because there are more songs coming. I heard two more just yesterday and they are just as good if not better. They won’t be used in the game but that doesn’t mean there aren’t more Oh Perilous World projects on the way.

Yesterday I had the pleasure of shooting this wonderful video with some of my family and friends. We woke up before the sun to go and play under these great walnut trees featured in the video. The outcome is something I’m quite proud of and for a day’s work, it’s pretty good.

I know this comic is still brand new. However, this video serves as an example of  some of Skull Baby’s abilities and his service. I don’t want to give anything away because so much of the story is still yet to be told. We can however revisit this from time to time and see how revealing it actually is. For now it is here to guide you and give you clues on what to expect from Oh Perilous World.   Consider it a trailer for the comic, if you will.

Having tested it a few times, I can honestly say there is a fun flash game on the way. The above concept art is being used for the game however the screen will be less busy. Don’t worry about that.

Oh Perilous Pancakes (the games title) will be an adventure in saving breakfast! The player is sent into the kitchen where you must stop evil critters from possessing your pancakes. Keep an eye out for more delicious updates about your new favorite breakfast game soon.
